  • Instant Access: Once your payment for an ebook is successfully processed, the ebook will be available for immediate download. You will receive a download link via email or in your account under the “My Library” section.

  • No Shipping Charges: Since ebooks are delivered digitally, there are no shipping charges or physical delivery times involved.

2. Physical Book Delivery

For physical books, we offer domestic shipping within India. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

a) Shipping Options

We provide the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 5-10 business days depending on your location.

    • Available throughout India.

    • Shipping Charges: Calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 2-4 business days depending on your location.

    • Available in select cities.

    • Shipping Charges: Higher than standard shipping; calculated at checkout.

b) Order Processing Time

  • Orders for physical books are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

c) Delivery Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status of your order in real time.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (Within India): Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹500.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping for physical books. Ebooks can be purchased and accessed globally.

4. Delivery Issues
